These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the sale and provision of products and services by Qortex Technologies L.L.C. O.P.C., a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (“Qortex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), to its customers (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”).
By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using any Qortex product or service, including by completing a payment via a Qortex payment link, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all purchases of products and services offered directly by Qortex, whether through our website, applications, platforms, APIs, payment links, or other approved channels. Qortex Technologies L.L.C. O.P.C. is the merchant of record and the legal entity responsible for contracting with you and for processing payments in connection with such purchases.
Where additional product-specific terms, order forms, licences or subscription plans apply, those terms form part of the contractual relationship and must be read together with these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the more specific terms shall prevail.
Qortex provides technology-enabled commerce and payments-related services, primarily offered on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis. These services may include, depending on the plan selected, access to software platforms, transaction-related services, subscriptions, usage-based features, integrations, and associated support services.
In addition, Qortex may offer hardware or equipment for sale, either on a standalone basis or as part of a bundled plan or promotional offering.
All services and products are described on Qortex’s official channels or in applicable order documentation. Qortex may update or modify its offerings from time to time in accordance with these Terms.
Payments for Qortex products and services may be made as one-off charges, recurring subscription fees, usage-based charges, or a combination thereof, depending on the plan selected.
Where subscriptions apply, charges are billed in advance for the applicable billing cycle, unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorize Qortex to charge the applicable fees using the selected payment method.
Payments are processed on Qortex’s behalf by regulated third-party payment service providers, including Adyen. Qortex does not store full payment card details. Payment processing is subject to the terms and security standards of the relevant payment service provider.
If a payment fails or is reversed, Qortex may suspend or limit access to the relevant services until payment is successfully completed.
Digital services are typically made available immediately or within a short period following confirmation of payment, unless otherwise specified in the applicable plan or order documentation.
Qortex services are provided electronically and are generally available in the jurisdictions where Qortex operates. Certain features, services, or hardware offerings may be limited to specific countries or regions.
Qortex offers subscription-based services under different plans and billing terms. Refund eligibility and amounts depend on the plan selected and the timing of cancellation.
Where a Customer subscribes to a multi-month or annual plan that includes discounted pricing compared to a month-to-month plan, and subsequently cancels before the end of the committed term, refunds are calculated on a prorata basis.
The period during which the service was used is recalculated as if it had been charged under the equivalent month-to-month plan, without the long-term discount. The recalculated usage is deducted from the total amount paid, and any remaining balance is refunded.
Hardware or equipment purchased from Qortex may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided that the equipment is unused, returned in its original packaging, includes all accessories and documentation, and is in resalable condition.
Qortex relies on third-party service providers to deliver its services. These providers operate under their own terms and policies. Qortex is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties beyond its contractual obligations.
Qortex processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available on Qortex’s official website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qortex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its products or services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
